4. Product Information & Accuracy

- Manual measurements may have a small variance (±2-3 cm).

5. Pricing & Payment

6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery at the provided address.
- Customers must ensure correct delivery address and contact details at the time of order.
7. Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting
To prevent disputes and fraudulent claims:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
- Customers must record a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process from the moment the sealed package is shown until the product is fully inspected.
- The packaging (including shipping label) must be visible in the video before opening.
- The video must be unedited and clearly show any defect or damage.
- Visible Damage at Delivery
- If the outer package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
- Reporting After Delivery
- If damage is noticed after delivery, you must report it within 48 hours with:
- The continuous unboxing video as described above.
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect/damage in detail.
- Claims without proper proof will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

- Products are eligible for return only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- Products showing signs of intentional damage, misuse, modification, or wear & tear will not be eligible.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided upon claim approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

- All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated).
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Damage due to mishandling, improper installation, physical impact, fire, or water exposure is not covered.
