1.Shipping Method
We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders across India. At the moment, we do not provide express or same-day delivery services.
2. Processing Time
We may collect the following information:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and courier partner availability.
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- In some promotional offers, we may provide free shipping on eligible products/orders.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
7. Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Courier or transport strikes
- Weather conditions
- Remote delivery locations
- Other unforeseen circumstances
We will keep you updated in case of any delay.
9. Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting
To ensure transparency and avoid disputes:
- Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery before accepting it from the courier.
- If the package is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- Upon opening the package, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from start to finish. The video should:
- Show the entire outer packaging from all sides before opening.
- Clearly display the process of opening the packaging.
- Continue recording until the product is fully unpacked and inspected.
- If any defect or damage is found, show it closely and clearly in the same video.
- The video must be unedited and recorded in good lighting so all details are visible.
- Claims without a proper continuous unboxing video and clear proof of damage will not be eligible for return or replacement.
10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.
