Service & Warranty Policy
1. Introduction
By purchasing a product from Stelnix.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Service & Warranty Policy (“Policy”). Stelnix Secure (“we”, “our”, “us” or “Company”) provides a limited warranty on its products against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Stelnix.com or our authorized sales partners.
2. Warranty Coverage
We warrant that our products are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service.
If, during the warranty period, any component of the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product.
This warranty is valid only if:
- The product has been installed and used in accordance with the user manual.
- No unauthorized modifications or repairs have been carried out.
- Original purchase proof (invoice) is provided.
3. What the Warranty Covers
- Internal lock mechanism failure.
- Faulty electronic or mechanical components due to manufacturing defects.
- Damage sustained during transit (reported within 48 hours of delivery).
- Failure of the product to operate as intended under normal usage conditions.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
1. Physical damage, scratches, dents, or cosmetic issues.
2. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
3. Damage due to exposure to harsh environmental conditions such as humidity, extreme heat, direct sunlight, vibrations, etc.
4. Battery drainage, battery replacement, or loss of emergency keys.
5. Damage caused by third-party accessories or components.
6. Tampering with the product, or using parts not approved by Stelnix.
7. Any loss of data, valuables, or damages arising from inability to access the safe.
8. Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
9. Products not fully paid for at the time of claim.
5. Claim Procedure
If you wish to make a warranty claim:

- Provide the following details:
- Proof of purchase (invoice copy).
- Product serial number.
- Clear images or videos of the issue.
- Our technical team will verify the claim and, if approved, arrange for repair or replacement as applicable.
- In case a technician visit is required:
- Within city limits: Visit charges may apply as per the prevailing rate.
- Outside city limits: Travel and incidental expenses will be borne by the customer.
6. Replacement & Repair Terms
- Replacement parts or products become the property of Stelnix.
- The replacement product may be new or refurbished but will be equivalent in performance.
- Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
- If the product is out of warranty, repairs will be carried out on a chargeable basis subject to spare part availability.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- This warranty is the only warranty provided by Stelnix. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Stelnix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business, or loss of valuables stored in the safe.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the defective product.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
